A teacher and child are outside playing together by filling up a bowl with fibar as if it were food. They are outside, it is a sunny day.

Hosted by the Center PM Teaching Team.

What is a child centered approach to parenting? Join the Center PM teaching team for a discussion examining the possibilities that are realized when the adult attunes to the child’s world. By following the child’s lead, we invite the child’s authentic lens, wonder, and interest. We strengthen our relationship with the child, and we encounter the magic of childhood in everyday moments. Together, we’ll explore examples from the classroom, and reflect on ways to implement a child-centered approach into family life.
