KPPE Educator Events

Educator Seminars
Seminars are designed to provide professional development for educators. The programming includes both in-person and online presentations by Bing teachers and community professionals. Typically offered on evenings or weekend mornings, these seminars offer learning experiences and skills for working with young children or adults in the field. Participants collaborate on strategies for best practice, which, in turn, strengthens our early childhood community.
Summer Educator Session
The Summer Session for Educators is a unique professional development opportunity provided by The Kordestani Family Program for Parents and Educators at Stanford University. Participants will gain insights and develop skills for working with young children and/or teacher training. The process focuses on becoming immersed in an intensive onsite program at the laboratory school housed on the Stanford University campus. It will include hands-on experiences, observations, presentations, discussions and resources to ensure an engaging learning experience for professional development. Our carefully designed buildings and spacious grounds, constructed to meet the needs of young children, are the perfect setting for professional learning, reflection, and inspiration.
Please see below for information regarding our 2025 Educator Summer Session and the registration link.
